Basehor United Methodist Men (BUMM’s): 

BUMMs ministry is to help men grow to a mature faith in God and move them to action on behalf of others, especially “the least”.  Meetings are held on the third Saturday of the month at 8:00 a.m.

Tuesday Morning Bible Study & communion:

Pastor Kyle will lead a Tuesday morning Bible Study and Communion beginning Tuesday, September 10th at 9:00 am.  All are welcome to attend and no sign up is required.

Word On Wednesdays (WOW!) volunteers Sign up:

Angie is looking for many volunteers to help with the Word On Wednesdays (WOW!) Program for the coming year.  If you would like to help out, please go to and sign up for September - December 2019.  More information about volunteering is on the Sign up Genius as well. 

Missions Committee September mission:

During the month of September the Missions Committee will be collecting items for the Rose Brooks Center Pet Shelter.  When families affected by violence come to the shelter, the often bring pets with them.  Your donations will help ensure that pets are

able to stay with their family while at the center.  Please purchase the following items and leave them in the containers in the narthex.  We will collect the following until September 22: dry dog and cat food-preferably Taste of the Wild Brand, kitty litter, dog treats, cat toys, dog toys, kongs/heavy duty, peanut butter, leashes, harnesses-all sizes, litter boxes, crates/kennels, water and food bowls-all sizes, bleach, Dawn dish soap, paper towels, and flea/tick/heartworm prevention.
